Azerbaijani post-graduate student receives a graduate degree in political science in Ukraine

He graduated from Kiev Institute of Social Sciences and International Relations named after Heydar Aliyev, and submitted a dissertation "Information provision in the activity of state governmental bodies" to the Scientific Board of the Ukrainian Higher Attestation Commission.

Anar Takhirov received a degree in political science, the World Azerbaijanis Congress told Trend.

Takhirov is one of the ten students sent in 2001 by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Education to study at the Kiev Institute of Social Sciences and International Relations named after Heydar Aliyev. He graduated from the faculty of international political relations in 2004, and magistracy with with honors in 2006. Afterwards, he continued to study at the Institute of state, scientific and legal research programs upon the Ministry of Education's decision.

About 20 scientific articles by Takhirov were published in various scientific journals of Azerbaijan and Ukraine during the period of postgraduate training.
