"State Border Service strongly controls borderline territories over bird flu," State Border Service chief Elchin Guliyev told journalists.

He said there were a great deal of dead birds along the Caspian seaside and southern borders last year, but such cases have not been observed this year.

Elchin Guliyev noted that State Border Service and State Customs Committee control import of counterfeit medications to Azerbaijan, APA reports.
