NTRC to take preventive measures against broadcasting of illegal cable televisions

"Measures plan has been worked out to prevent illegal broadcasting of cable televisions," National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) chief Nushirevan Meherremli said.

He told the APA that Interior Ministry and local power bodies will conduct raids to close the companies engaged in illegal cable broadcasting.

NTRC Chief said that these kinds of illegal cable broadcasting exist in Baku and Sumgait.

NTRC has given licenses to ten cable televisions up to now.
