UniBank to establish 10 branches

Bank is planning to further activate mortgage lending process. Up to April 20, UniBank lent 74 mortgage loans worth AZN 2,628,763 through funding from Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (including 4 concessional mortgages worth AZN 121,935).

UniBank is owned by the EBRD (15.15%), DEG Investment Corporation (8.3%), legal entities (0.9%) and individuals (75.62%).
