Abulfas Garayev: "Azerbaijani cultural heritage list is remade"

"Azerbaijani cultural heritage list is being analyzed. The working group composed of Culture and Tourism Ministry representatives visit the regions every week to study the archaeological excavations and the monuments in the list and also those which are not in the list," Minister Abulfas Garayev told journalists.

Minister said that the working group will finish the process in two months.

"Action plan on the investigation of cultural heritage is ready and has already been presented to related bodies. 6,690 monuments have been included into the list of cultural heritage of Azerbaijan. Some of these monuments no more exist. We are examining these monuments, but it is impossible to say the exact number," the minister underlined. APA
