Vasily Istratov: "There is no news on mutual transmission of TV channels by Azerbaijan and Russia"

The due information was provided by Vasily Istratov, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Russia to Azerbaijan, APA reports.

He said the delegation from Russia was to arrive in Azerbaijan on January 22 to discuss transmission of TV channels, yet the visit did not take place.

"There is no news yet and no changes are reported".

The ambassador also added that the work group on the bridge over the Samur river is in process of formation and has not yet started operating. The ambassador also stressed that the group will work at the issues of functioning, rather than the status of the bridge.
