A conference "Modern diagnostics and treatment of thalassemia" will be held in Baku.

The due information has been provided by the press service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Health.

The conference will be attended by local specialists, 8 Turkish scientists.

The scientists will discuss bone marrow transplantation, criteria of bone marrow donor selection, bone marrow transplantation to children, molecular and cytogenetic analysis of bone marrow and others.
