Baku bakeries under monitoring

Azerbaijan State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents are monitoring bakeries in Baku to assess the quality and weight of bread loafs.

Agency Officer for Baku, Vidadi Huseynov, told the APA that monitoring Yasamal District is over.

"Three bakeries were closed due to low-quality bread baking. Others meet the required standards," he said.

A bakery owned by Individual Mukhtarov, A+Co Bakery in Nasimi District, and Hovsan-1 Bakery in Khatai District were closed after examination in January. The baking lifecycle in these bakeries fell short of required standards and norms.
