Emergencies Ministry sends building materials to wind-affected regions

Emergencies Ministry is taking measures to solve the problems caused by recent strong wind in southern regions.

The Ministry today sent building materials for the houses affected by the strong wind in Lerik, Masalli, Yardimli, Astara and Lenkeran. Deputy Emergencies Minister Faig Taghizadeh noted that 3500 slates, 2250sq/m glass and 20cu m wood has been sent to regions.

At the present a group of specialists headed by deputy Emergencies Minister Orujali Hajiyev are defining the cost of the damage to the regions, APA reports.
