Azerbaijan's stock market expands steadily, Gunduz Mammadov says

For the first quarter, Azerbaijan's State Committee for Securities registered 22 issues of shares worth AZN 41.8mln and 4 issues of corporate bonds worth AZN 9.7mln.

The committee chairman Gunduz Mammadov told APA-Economics that the first quarter saw positive trends in the market.
"The market is developing steadily and the relative growth is obvious," he added.

The committee also registered 12 issues of notes worth AZN 360mln and 29 bills worth AZN 2.2mln. 127 joint stock companies were fined AZN 4,950 and the figure fell 12% against last year.

Mammadov said lottery market also developed rapidly and Azerloteraya Company held a number of drawings in regions.
