Huseyn Arabul's trial postponed

Trial on case of Huseyn Arabul, president of Barmek Azerbaijan Electricity Distribution LLC and six more company officers, who are accused of abuse of power, embezzlement and negligence of court judgements, continued at the Court of Grave Crimes.

The trial has been postponed till May 11 as Huseyn Arabul missed it in connection with his health problems.

Huseyn Arabul faced charges on Article 179.3.2 (embezzlement), 308.2 (abuse of power) and 313 and banned from leaving the country, APA reports.
