Decree of Amnesty is expected on the eve of Novruz Holiday

On the eve of Novruz Holiday, the next amnesty will be signed by the President.
The information is given to APA by Deputy Melahet Hasanova - member of amnesty commission at President. Deputy stated that, the meeting of the commission hasn't been held yet.

But commission members look through the applications received separately: "Preparation works are held and opinion exchange is held with experts".
