Three Azerbaijani soldiers, who were captured by Armenians on February, 16 have sent letters to their parents.
APA was informed of it by Baku office of International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC).It was informed from the Committee that, representatives of ICRC activating in the Upper Garabagh, met our captured soldiers in Khankendi on February 19.
The soldiers presented their letters written to their relatives to them. The representatives of the Committee handed the letters to their relatives yesterday. It must be noted that, Azerbaijan soldiers- Hikmet Taghiyev, Ruslan Bashirov, and Khayal Abdullayev serving in the military division #"N" in Terter lost and were captured by the enemy. This happened in Hasangaya village of the region. APA was informed from the State Committee on Affair with Citizens Captured, Lost and Taken Hostages that, the soldiers are safe and sound, and international organizations are keeping the case under control: "The separatist organ is also confirmed that, the soldiers were taken hostages.
