Murtuz Aleskerov: no need for pardoning

There is no need in pardoning, dated for the Heydar Aliyev Birthday.
The Parliament Speaker, Murtuz Aleskerov stated at the sitting of the Melli Mejlis on Tuesday, Trend reports.

According to him, prior to it, President Ilham Aliyev had signed a sufficient number of Decrees on Pardoning.

"In case of need the head of the state may sign a Decree on Pardoning, timed for the Day of the Republic, 28 May, Aleskerov underlined.
