Robin Seaword: “OSCE hopes for amendments to Election Code”

Organization for Security and co-operation in Europe hopes that its recommendations regarding the amendments to the Election Code will be taken into consideration until the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
The journalists were told by deputy chairman of OSCE Office in Baku Robin Seaword. European diplomat stated that positive changes happened to the pre-election situation.

He particularly stated about restoration of freedom of peaceful assembly partially, preserve of neutralism in the coverage of pre-election processes among the remarkable positive changes.
