Azerbaijan to preside at UN Women's Guild International Bazaar 2007

The 38th UN Women's Guild (UNWG) 'International Bazaar' was held December 2 in Vienna.

The United Nations Women's Guild was founded in 1967 as a voluntary organization of women connected with the United Nations.

The purpose of the Guild is to foster friendship, to encourage appreciation of each other's traditions and customs, and to work for the welfare of needy children.

Currently the UNWG has 500 members who come from 89 countries.

Lala Jafarova, spouse of counsellor of Embassy Gunduz Jafarov will preside at the UNWG International Bazaar 2007. AzerTAg
