Zakir Nasirov: "Haji Mammadov has supporters in General Prosecutor's office"

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by judge Ali Seyfaliyev, APA reports.

Haji Mammadov continued his last statement. He said that he regrets for all the cases except the chief of Azersigorta State Company Mammad Mammadov's son Ahmad Mammadov's kidnapping.

"My fault was that I did not kidnap Mammad. If I could run away from NSM, I would kidnap Mammad Mammadov. If I had chance, I would cut the tongues of three or four press workers and four or five lawyers. I do not think of Adil Ismayilov. My radical moves brought me here," he said.

Then Haji Mammadov apologized to all Azerbaijan nations and the reason of his situation is based on unstable activity of APFP.

"I served to police for a long time. I was dismissed from police by Isgender Hamidov’s order. And this gave the way for the foundation of future gang. Isgender Hamidov called me coward in his interviews. After my dismissal I joint Shirkhan Albiyev and began to commit crimes. I apologize to Azerbaijani police for my moves. I have never abused police power. I apologize to my close friends; they were ashamed instead of me. Criminal Rovshan Aliyev was my friend; his death has nothing to deal with my crimes," he said.

Defendants Naile Guliyeva, Musa Dabuyev, Aslanbek Chintamirov, Aligulu Guliyev, Malik Mammadov, Nizami Abdullayev, Sidek Abdulvahabov, Ferhad Mammadbeyov, Eldar Rehimov, Yagir Mammadov and Rovshen Agayev gave their last statements and asked the court to pass just decision.

Then Zakir Nasirov gave his last statement and said that he was the victim of this game.

"I served to the police with honour. I agree that I had some irregularities, because there was an officer like Haji and I had no information about his crimes. I did not commit all the crimes. I do not deserve the words said by Haji and public prosecutors. I was the victim of this game. Some people used Haji and played this trick on me. I was arrested because if Haji’s testimonies against me. I make sure that those who thought that I will be the victim without any resistance will not achieve their aims. Haji tells lie, his words are nonsense," he said.

Zakir Nasoirov said that Haji Mammadov’s aim was to save Elchin Aliyev. He did his best for this and involved me in all these cases.

It was in prosecutor's favor. Prosecutors wanted life prison to me and others, ten years sentence to Elchin Aliyev and this is the results of bargain of Haji. Then, why Aliguli Guliyev, who took Azer Ismayilov to Haji deceiving, was wanted 12 years sentence in jail.

Zakir Nasirov said that he does not believe in the objective decision of the court and related it with the declining of the solicitations about Yalukhan Iluyev, Mubariz and Hafiz Mammadovs and Mammad Mammadovs' summons. Zakir Nasirov said that Haji Mammadov's supporters are in General Prosecutor's office.

"Haji Mammadov was called to the investigation of criminalist Rovshen Aliyev's assassination and he went to kidnap Zamire without signing the protocol of his testimony. During Azer Ismayilov's investigation the investigator went to Naile Guliyeva's house but he id not complete the case. On the day of Rovshen's assassination Zakir Garalov talked to him over the mobile phone for 369seconds. If Rena Nesibova's words said to Rustem Usubov were investigated, then neither Fetullah not Rena would die. And Zamire would not be kidnapped. Prosecutor's office is responsible for all these," he said.

Zakir Nasirov talked about the history if his relations with Maharram Aliyev.

"The members of the group planning to attack Heydar Aliyev’s plane in 1995 were rendered harmless and detained by the officers of IM. But later they were released after giving bribes. Maharram Aliyev does not forgive me the racket case. Javadaga Sultanov's words about me are connected with personal relations," he said.

The trial will be continued December 15.
