New volcanoes found in Azerbaijan

Last year new volcanoes were found in the territories of Shamakhi, Absheron peninsula and South-West Shirvan.

The researches are held on 5 problems covering 10 issues and 35 scientific researches. Nine of scientific researches were completed.

One Doctor's degree and 6 theses were defended on different directions, Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences Geology Institute told the APA.
