Haji Mammadov and his gang to be sentenced Friday

Judge Sedreddin Hajiyev announced the commentary part of murder of Azer Ismayilov, the chief Interior Ministry department fighting against illicit trafficking, the kidnapping of the officer of the prosecutor's office Murad Kazimov.

The court treated the testimonies given by the defendants as self-defense.

The court came to the conclusion that, Hussain Abdulvahabov's testimonies, the testimonies given by other defendants and Eldar Rehimov's testimony on assassination of Azermebel Industry Company chief Nazim Pashayev and his driver contradicts Haji Mammadov's testimonies. Court considered Novruz Nuriyev's testimony to the court that he did not kill Rena Nesibova to be groundless and estimated his confessional testimony to the investigation and the testimonies of witnesses as the arguments.

Court rejected Zakir Nasirov's testimony on his innocence basing on the testimonies of Haji Mammadov, Naile Guliyeva and Ferhad Mammadbeyov.

Kamil Sedreddinov, Mehman Samedov and Elchin Aliyev's crimes were proved on the arguments gathered by the court.

Court will pass sentences tomorrow.
