Automatic Control System installed at 80 crossroads

According to the calculations, at the present 5 000 road signs are needed in Baku. Traffic lights were installed at 31 crossroads. Nearly at 80 crossroads Automatic Control System was installed. Till the end of this year this process will be completed and all crossroads will be controlled from one center. The drivers have no information about the places of installed cameras. ACS is expected to be installed in Ganja and Sumgayit too, Interior Ministry State Traffic Police Department told the APA.
