Criminal case on helicopter crash in Goychay sent to Russia

Prosecutor's Office information service chief Vugar Aliyev told APA that the helicopter is registered in an Open Joint-Stock Company in Krasnodar province.

The investigation has found out violence of the law in the activities of company authorities.

It was decided to send the case to the Russian General Prosecutor's Office. The case instituted under the article 262.3 (violation of railway, water and air transport rules) was sent to Russia in September.

5 crew members died in result of the crash.
