Azeri judo team to join European championship

8 sportsmen will represent Azerbaijan in the competition. 60kg and 66kg athletes will join the struggle first day. Nijat Shikhalizade and Ramil Gasimov will have their first encounters. Kifayet Gasimova (57 kg) starts the struggle of women tomorrow. Other Azeri woman Shehane Elmammedova (63 kg) will join the competition on April 7. Azeri men wrestlers Elnur Mammedli (73 kg) and Mehman Azizov (81 kg) will also join the competition that day. Elkhan Mammedov (90 kg) and Movlud Mireliyev (100 kg) will join the championship on April 8.

European championship is a rating to 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games. The champions will score 100 point, APA-Sport reports.
