Appeal Court upholds decision on newspaper editor and his adviser

Legal process on the appeal case of "Nota Bene" newspaper chief editor Sardar Alibayli and his adviser Faramaz Novruzoghlu was held in the Court of Appeal.

The process presided over by judge Mirpasha Mammadov upheld the verdict of Nariman district Court.

Faramaz Novruzoghlu and Sardar Alibayli are accused by the claims of Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and Nazim Ibrahimov, Chairman of State Committee for Azerbaijanis living abroad and sentenced for 2 year and 1 year 6 month correspondingly. They faced charges of harming human dignity and self-respect. APA
