Azerbaijani Youth Forum participants visit the Nizami Ganjavi Cultural Institute in Berlin

The participants of the Azerbaijani Youth Forum in Bundestag have visited the Nizami Ganjavi Cultural Institute in Berlin on the eve of the forum.

Nuride Ateshi, director of the Institute told the event brought together German officials, businessmen, professors, students as well as media representatives and Azeri Diaspora members.

Ms. Ateshi addressing the meeting stressed the importance of the forum and the events organized within the framework of the forum for the Diaspora members as well, APA reports.

German producer Ralf Marchellak showed fragments of the newly shot film about Mahammad Asad Bey (Gurban Said), giving detailed information on the film.

Besides, works and manuscripts by Asad Bey were exhibited. Asad Bey's literary activity was large discussed.

The Cultural Institute director Ms Ateshi presented the students her book about Asad Bey written both in Azerbaijani and German, new archive materials.

"We should turn Asad Bey to the epos of Azerbaijani national literature," she stressed.
