Mahmudeli Chohraganli to sue Huseyn Turkelli

"Huseyn Turkelli, chief of America-Canada branch of the South Azerbaijan National Awakening Movement, Babek Merendi and Huseyn Tebrizli, members of the managing board were dismissed because of their activities which were in conflict with the movement. Huseyn Turkelli betrayed ideological line of the movement," Mahmudeli Chohraganli, leader of South Azerbaijan National Awakening Movement (SANAM) told.

Chohraganli also accused Turkelli of illegally using the organization's website www.gamoh.org, APA reports.

"It became clear that Huseyn Turkelli and the other two men have other aims. He uses the website of the organization for his purposes. He tells lies about me and the founders of the organization. We trusted him. Anyway, he will answer for his actions," he said.

Chohraganli said that they will appeal to Washington court where the web site was registered concerning illegal use of the website.

"Though Turkelli has all the documents and code of this website, it belongs to the organization," he said.
