Round table on the implementation of state anticorruption program held

Alakbar Mammadov, head of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs addressing the meeting held on the initiative of Information and Cooperation Network of NGO's said the aim of the meeting is to stress the importance of anticorruption actions and measures.

The secretary of State Committee to combat corruption Inam Karimov spoke on the works carried out within the framework of state program and said the process of adjusting Azerbaijan legislation to the standards of the Council of Europe and UN within the state program will be continued. Inam Karimov said the preparation of national strategy to combat corruption is underway.

The coordinator of Information and Cooperation Network of NGO's Alimammad Nuriyev publicized the results of monitoring carried out on the execution of state program. According to him, 54.449 percent of 145 points is executed. The 17.25 percent was not executed.
