Appeal filed against Rizvan Talibov's arrest

Appeal filed against the arrest of Rizvan Talibov, chief of the Rights Defense Committee for former Health Minister Ali Insanov & leader of the Union of Returning to Western Azerbaijan.

Rizvan Talibov is accused of treating Ilham Sharifov badly in Baku-Sumgayit bus on April 19, APA reports.

Criminal case has been launched on article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code and he is kept in detention place #3 in Shuvelan.
