Jalal Aliyev talks about shortcomings in getting scientific degrees

He regarded this tendency as temporary case and said analogous process is observed in all branches of science.
The academician said that the scientists need to keep his family at the same time.

Jalal Aliyev underlined that therefore the youth pay little attention to science. The academician also touched upon other problems in science. He noted that scientific degrees are easily got.

Commenting on elections to the presidency of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences without alternative Jalal Aliyev said the previous elections were the same.

"There is usually one candidate. This issue is discussed beforehand and the candidate's scientific activity is analyzed," he said, APA reports.
