President Aliyev meets with Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar University

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev staying in Cairo on an official visit met with Grand Sheikh of the world largest Islamic University Dr. Muhammad Sayid Tantawy.

Dr. Muhammad Sayid Tantawy said this visit by the President of Azerbaijan will enhance the two countries' cooperation in the fields of science and education, noting 76 student from Azerbaijan are currently studying at the university.

He also provided the Azerbaijani leader with information about history of the university, its structure and departments.

In the end of the meeting, President of Azerbaijan was presented with a keepsake gift. AzerTAg
