Ali Insanov sues Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Aghaveys Shahverdi, lawyer for Ali Insanov told former Health Minister applied to Sabayil district court for reconsideration of the verdict.

He also said the ex-Minister sued for official reprimand on Grievous Crimes Court’s judge Faig Gasimov, who applied to ANAS to dismiss Ali Insanov from full membership of the Academy.

ANAS told APA Ali Insanov is himself guilty of the verdict. Judge Faig Gasimov's comments on the issue did not come, APA reports.

Presidium of ANAS considered the case and dismissed Ali Insanov from the full membership on May 4, 2007.
