Flower festival held on President Heydar Aliyev's birthday

Arts and crafts of the schools, kindergartens and children's homes were exhibited in the festival, APA reports.

"Heydar Aliyev-84", "The map of Azerbaijan", "The anthem of Azerbaijan", "Maiden Tower", "Our orchard", "Country life", "In the world of stories", "The Sun", "Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan" oil pipeline's model all made of flowers were exhibited in the festival.

About 300 arts and crafts, pictures and different things from sea shells are exhibited. Amateur painters are drawing pictures on the ground.

A concert is to be held in National Park today on the occasion of the festival in the evening.
