Natalya Mammadova chosen best striker in Italy serie A

Azerbaijani volleyball players' clubs suffered defeats in of Italy serie A quarter-final first leg.

Natalya Mamaedova's BigMat Sanpaolo Chieri club was beaten by Skavolini 0-3 (28-30, 18-25, 33-35). Mammadova scored 22 points and was chosen best striker of the match.

Megius, Yelena Porkhemonko plays in, lost to Asistel 0-3. Porkhemenko scored one point.

Italy serie A quarter final includes three encounters. The team winning two games is to pass Fours final. Second leg has been scheduled for May 13 and May 16. APA-Sport
