Elchin Behbudov: "There are insanitary conditions in some detention places"

Chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov will appeal to Justice Ministry for improving detention conditions of the Court of Grave Crimes, the committee chief told.

He said though he had appealed to the chairman of the court Mahmud Nebiyev before, they received new complaints. Noting that there are insanitary conditions in the detention places Elchin Behbudov regards it as a kind of punishment.

The committee chief underlined that the detention places will be monitored next week, APA reports.
