Huseyn Arabul attends trial

Huseyn Arabul recently underwent surgery also attended the trial.
As the lawyer of Esger Esgerzade Fazil Mammadov and representative of Baku electricity network missed the trial a break was announced.

Following the break lawyer for Mahir Novruzov Fekhreddin Seferov petitioned for regarding Barmek not Baku electricity network as a sufferer. The court rejected the petition, APA reports.

The defendants refused to give testimonies grounding that they do not know what they are accused of and stated that they will give testimonies after the suffering side informs them about it. The court hearing will continue on May 30.

Huseyn Arabul faced charges on Article 179.3.2 (embezzlement), 308.2 (abuse of power) and 313 and banned from leaving the country. Barmek high-ranking officers Omar Guner Ismayil, Vefa Agayev, Mahir Novruzov, Chingiz Ibadov, Vaaleh Zeynalov, Chingiz Abdullayev, Esger Esgerzadeh were held accountable on articles 179.3.2, 308.2 and 313 of the Criminal Code. Huseyn Arabul and Omar Guner Ismayil are at bail. Criminal case on Chingiz Ibadov is considered separately.
