Eynulla Fatullayev transferred to Security Ministry detention place

National Security Ministry Head Investigation Department searched Eynulla Fatullayev's house and editorial office of Gundalik Azerbaijan and Realny Azerbaijan newspapers on May 16with regard to criminal case launched on article 214 (threatening with terrorism) of the Criminal Code. Eynulla Fetullayev's transfer is linked with this fact.

The lawyer said that he does not know whether his defendant was interrogated and whether any investigative actions were carried out regarding to the criminal case, APA reports.

Ashurov said he intends to meet with Eynulla Fatullayev tomorrow.

The National Security Ministry's answer to questions about Eynulla Fatullayev's transfer and investigative actions about him were not available.
