A citizen of Azerbaijan and a citizen of Russia, who robbed a citizen of Germany, have been detained in the Khmelnitsk region of the Ukraine.
They robbed the victim of money, a mobile phone and a passport and beat him.
The offenders were detained by militiamen and were not able to explain their misdeed.
26 year old citizen of Azerbaijan will be deported to Azerbaijan for violation of the passport regime. He had lived illegally in the Khmelnitsk region.
A representative of the Ukraine Ministry of Internal Affairs in Khmelnitsk said: "He violated the rules of residence in our region. The bodies of internal affairs decided to deport him from the country. The said person was to leave our country before February 8, but he has recently committed an armed attack".
A source from the Ministry of Internal Affairs also announced that the investigation board of the Khmelitsk city militia department, has launched a case, envisioned by article 187 paragraph 2 and qualified as robbery.
"The said case has been instituted against the citizen of Russian Federation and the citizen of Azerbaijan, who attacked the citizen of Germany, staying at his friend in Ukraine, being alcohol-impaired", the source announced.
