UN prepares report on human rights in Azerbaijan

A report of Ambeyi Ligabo, UN special rapporteur for human rights, on the situation with mass media in Azerbaijan, will be discussed at a regular session of the UN Human Rights Committee.

The due information has been provided by Bruno Pueza, head of the UN Baku office.

He noted that the report is ready. It should be reminded that Ambeyi Ligabo paid a one-week visit to Azerbaijan in April of 2007.
