Azerbaijani human rights activist to meet with Eynulla Fatullayev and Ali Insanov

Chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov will monitor correctional facilities #12 and 13 on March 31.
The committee chief told APA that his aim was to meet with journalist Eynulla Fatullayev and ex-health minister Ali Insanov. Elchin Behbudov said Eynulla Fatullayev’s father and Ali Insanov had appealed to him for this.

Eynulla Fatullayev is kept at correctional facility #12 and Ali Insanov at correctional facility #13.
