OSCE special representative on freedom of press meets imprisoned journalists Ganimat Zahid and Mirza Sakit

The due announcement was made by a source from the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety.

Thus, the meeting was also attended by Haraszti's advisor Anna Carlswriter, deputy head of OSCE Baku office Alexis Shahtahtinski, chief of department for human rights of OSCE Baku office Andres Bush and human rights activist Elchin Behbudov.

According to Behbudov an individual meeting was held with each reporter.

"I think both journalists were satisfied with the meeting", Ahmedov noted.

The human rights activist said he can not specify the issues discussed with the journalists.
