New peak named after President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev

One of the eight highest peaks of Shahdagh, locating at a height of over 4042 meters in the Major Caucasus, will bear name of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Day.Az reports with reference to the press service for the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
It should be noted that Gyzyl Gaya massive at the Major Caucasus chain was named in honor of national leader Heydar Aliyev several years ago.

The group, which climbed Shahdagh, set a flag "Ilham's peak" on the mountain.
