ICRC representatives meet with Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Nagorno Karabakh Office met Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier Vusal Heybatov, ICRC Representation in Azerbaijan told APA.

Vusal Heybatov’s detention conditions have been monitored during the 3rd visit on April 28.

The captive has been created conditions to write a letter to his family.

19, Vusal Heybatov, resident of Khilmili village of Gobustan Region was captured in the direction of Yusifjanli village of Aghdam Region on April 11.
