Baku to be decorated with over million of flowers on Heydar Aliyev's jubilee

Baku city administration will organize a gala-concert dedicated to Heydar Aliyev’s 85th anniversary in the National Park on May 10, Press-Service for the administration told APA.

The concert will commence at 21.00 and will be performed by well-known artists.

Fireworks will take place in more than 25 city sites.

Flower Festival will take place in the park near Heydar Aliyev Palace on the same day.

The park will be decorated with more than one million flowers brought from Italy, France and Netherlands, as well as unique flower-pots brought form more than 150 countries of the world.

The Executive Power and the Ministry of Transport will provide passengers with special buses from "Azadlig" (Liberty) Square in all directions of the city beginning from 22.00 on May 10.
