Ombudsman of Azerbaijan: "Material losses of Armenia during Nagorno Karabakh conflict are incomparable with losses of Azerbaijan"

"Material losses of Armenia during Nagorno Karabakh conflict are incomparable with losses of Azerbaijan", Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova said while commenting on reports spread by Armenian Migration Service that Armenians leaving Azerbaijan during the conflict had $5mln material losses.

Suleymanova noted that Armenians leaving Azerbaijan had sold their houses, but Azerbaijani refugees had not such chances.

"Damage to Azerbaijan was estimated at $6bln. Our moral losses were even greater than material losses", she said.
